Available State Required Continuing Education Courses:
MTI offers several state continuing education courses for
you to choose from. These online courses feature a full video and audio presentation and a complete reference manual
you may download and print. Video player functionality allows you to exit the course and later, resume where
you left off.
Each course topic includes post class testing and many feature session reviews, enhancing
your retention of the material.
Upon registration, you will access your course(s) through
your personalized Learning Center. Many additional developmental resources are available to
you through the center.
After completing a continuing education course, a Certificate of Completion will automatically be generated for
you to print and, if required, send to the state for license renewal.
Additionally, you may enter your license information into the Learning Center to track for future renewals. Email updates will be sent to
you as renewal dates approach.

The new federally required S.A.F.E. Act goes into
effect July 2009, and ALL loan officers, mortgage brokers and lenders will be
required to be compliant. MTI will be offering both the required 20 hour
